Description

You will manage the company's billing cycle, focusing on accounts receivable and unbilled DSOs for a region. You'll generate invoices, review billing inputs, and collaborate with project managers to resolve billing issues, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in billing, collections, or related areas
• Experience with large ERP or accounting software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly billing process: generate draft invoices, make ERP changes, produce final invoices
• Review billing inputs (rates, milestones, hours, expenses) for completeness and correctness
• Ensure invoices align with contractual obligations and support collections efforts
• Escalate billing issues to financial analysts and managers as needed
• Meet strict billing deadlines while maintaining high quality and accuracy
