💼 About This Role

You'll lead process integration and optimization in a high-throughput regulated lab at GRAIL, a pioneer in early cancer detection. You'll ensure robust performance of new assays from development into production, impacting the mission to detect cancer early.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead root-cause analysis and process troubleshooting activities.
• Monitor process performance and contribute to improvement strategies.
• Support transfer and implementation of new assays into production.
• Develop and validate protocols in compliance with regulatory standards.

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Life Sciences or related field.
• Proven experience in technology transfer of assays in regulated lab.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end clinical workflows.
• Knowledge of CLIA, CAP, NYS, ISO 13485, FDA standards.

✨ Nice to Have

• Six Sigma certification or Lean/Kaizen experience.
• Experience with data analytics tools (JMP, R, Python).
• Experience with LIMS or MES.
