You'll drive data literacy across FanDuel, representing the Data Governance team as a subject matter expert on our toolkit and roadmap. You'll promote a culture of data governance by developing partnerships with data owners and stewards. This role offers the chance to shape data governance standards at a leading mobile gaming company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support metadata management processes and standards across data domains
• Promote data governance best practices with data owners and stewards
• Implement data governance performance standards via audits and automation
• Translate business requirements into actionable governance specifications

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a data-driven role such as data governance analyst or data analyst
• Strong sense of ownership over end-to-end processes
• Excellent communication skills, from team to C-level executives
• Collaboration skills to obtain buy-in for process changes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Data Governance tools like Alation or Collibra
• High familiarity with data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
• Proficiency with Python, Pyspark, or SQL
