๐ผ About This Role
You'll manage long-term relationships with merchant services customers, becoming their trusted Versapay advisor. You'll drive adoption and growth by building strategic account plans and advocating for customer needs. This role offers the chance to apply payments expertise in a SaaS environment with over 10,000 customers.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to growth.
- Build and maintain strategic account plans with customers.
- Advocate for customers with sales, services, and product teams.
- Resolve customer issues and act as escalation point.
- Propose scalable improvements to the customer journey.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in a SaaS Customer Success role with renewal and expansion responsibility.
- Strong payments expertise with knowledge of gateway/processor/acquirer models.
- Proven experience advising CFOs and AR leaders.
- Ability to navigate disputes, chargebacks, settlement, and underwriting.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with ERP-integrated AR and payments workflows (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics).
- Knowledge of payments optimization trends like CEDP, Level 3 processing, surcharging.
- Experience partnering with Product, Finance, Risk, and Legal teams.
