🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruiting across GTM and business operations
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategy
  • Manage and mentor recruiters and sourcing partners
  • Build diverse candidate pipelines and ensure excellent candidate experience

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with GTM focus
  • Proven success managing multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and operational roles
  • Experience influencing hiring managers through data and structured reasoning
