You'll lead full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market and business operations teams in a fast-scaling SaaS environment, acting as both a talent advisor and execution leader. Your impact includes shaping hiring strategy, improving processes, and mentoring recruiters. This role offers ownership over how high-performing teams are built.
π― What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruiting across GTM and business operations
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategy
- Manage and mentor recruiters and sourcing partners
- Build diverse candidate pipelines and ensure excellent candidate experience
π Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with GTM focus
- Proven success managing multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and operational roles
- Experience influencing hiring managers through data and structured reasoning

- Experience with recruiting analytics tools
- Ability to mentor or support other recruiters
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with ATS experience
