💼 About This Role

You'll join a small team owning the stability, performance, and security of our on-premise server infrastructure. Your core impact will be improving operational hygiene and driving automation end-to-end. We are a distributed team of 80+ engineers with a culture of deep technical curiosity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with on-premise infrastructure: bare metal and VMs setup, maintenance, troubleshooting
• Own automation projects end-to-end from design to rollout and maintenance
• Investigate production incidents across OS, networking, and infrastructure layers
• Participate in on-call rotations and improve operational hygiene

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as a DevOps Engineer / SRE
• Hands-on experience with servers (VMs, bare metal) at OS level
• Confident Linux skills (Ubuntu) with core troubleshooting tools
• Production on-call experience diagnosing and resolving incidents

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ClickHouse, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis, or Elasticsearch
• Knowledge of HAProxy/Nginx, OS tuning, or infrastructure security tools
• Experience with bare-metal Kubernetes, GitOps, or Terraform
