Description

You will lead the Transaction Platform engineering squad, driving banking core modernization and owning the technical roadmap for real-time event replication, streaming aggregation, and transaction enrichment. You'll collaborate cross-team to align on shared milestones and build the next generation of banking infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years designing, building, and operating scalable distributed systems
• 4+ years engineering management experience leading senior ICs and tech leads
• Platform-building expertise: built or scaled infrastructure serving multiple product teams
• Strong technical depth in event-driven systems, streaming pipelines, API design, and complex data models
• Proven cross-functional execution: aligning multiple teams on shared milestones and delivering in ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

• Lead Transaction Platform squad through full development lifecycle with accountability for banking core modernization
• Own technical roadmap: real-time event replication, streaming aggregation, reconciliation, account provider integration, and transaction enrichment
• Establish technical vision; guide senior architects and raise engineering bar
• Serve as primary stakeholder interface for partner teams (consumer banking, investments, payments, core banking)
• Translate OKRs into campaign objectives; drive structured planning cycles and hold team accountable for delivery
