🎯 What You'll Do

• Own enterprise analytics and BI function for accurate, scalable reporting.
• Build and maintain dbt models, SQL pipelines, and dashboards.
• Lead BI platform administration (Snowflake, Databricks, Metabase).
• Deliver board-level reporting and support executive strategic planning.
• Develop self-service analytics frameworks and data governance.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in data analytics or BI, 3+ years in senior leadership.
• Advanced SQL and hands-on Snowflake experience.
• Experience building and maintaining dbt models in production.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data structures and data governance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML initiatives.
• M&A due diligence or system migration projects.
• Experience with Metabase, Databricks, Fivetran, Segment.
