Description
You will lead Starlink's on-the-ground growth organization across the U.S., building and scaling a distributed team to drive subscriber acquisition through partnerships, field marketing, and community initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in growth, business development, sales, marketing, consulting, or operations
- 4+ years of direct people management experience
- Willingness to travel 50-75%
- Must be a U.S. person under ITAR
Responsibilities
- Own U.S. local growth strategy and subscriber growth across states and regions
- Build, hire, and lead a team of regional and state-level growth leaders
- Design scalable playbooks for local market growth and customer acquisition
- Establish and scale local acquisition channels including partnerships
- Track subscriber growth, partner productivity, and ROI
