You will lead Starlink's on-the-ground growth organization across the U.S., building and scaling a distributed team to drive subscriber acquisition through partnerships, field marketing, and community initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience in growth, business development, sales, marketing, consulting, or operations
  • 4+ years of direct people management experience
  • Willingness to travel 50-75%
  • Must be a U.S. person under ITAR

Responsibilities

  • Own U.S. local growth strategy and subscriber growth across states and regions
  • Build, hire, and lead a team of regional and state-level growth leaders
  • Design scalable playbooks for local market growth and customer acquisition
  • Establish and scale local acquisition channels including partnerships
  • Track subscriber growth, partner productivity, and ROI
