💼 About This Role

You'll architect scalable GTM systems and build AI-powered workflows that power how Cartesia acquires, serves, and grows customers. You'll partner directly with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to turn operational pain points into durable engineering solutions. This role blends engineering, data, and AI systems with broad ownership over GTM infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve GTM systems, tooling, and operational infrastructure.
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows and internal tools from scratch.
• Build reliable data pipelines across Salesforce, HubSpot, and internal platforms.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver engineering solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in software engineering, internal tooling, or GTM engineering.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines with Python, SQL, and modern data tooling.
• Experience designing CRM architectures in Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
• Experience shipping AI/LLM-powered workflows or agents in production.
