Description

You will shape reliability and operational excellence practices, drive performance testing and capacity planning, and automate manual processes to reduce toil. You'll work across services to resolve issues, embed security compliance, and implement observability solutions while participating in incident management and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Strong background in software engineering with SRE or platform practices
• Experience owning or operating systems in production including incident response
• Ability to navigate and improve complex codebases with minimal supervision
• Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools
• Strong programming skills (Go, Python, or similar)

Responsibilities

• Shape reliability and operational excellence practices to maintain high system uptime
• Drive performance testing, tuning, and capacity planning to meet SLAs
• Eliminate manual processes through automation and software-driven solutions
• Debug and resolve reliability and performance issues across services and codebases
• Design and implement observability solutions for system health insights
