🎯 What You'll Do
- Audit facility systems and identify upgrades
- Create and revise project scopes for ROI and payback
- Work with utility to qualify projects for incentives
- Travel 40-60% for out-of-region client engagements
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in facility solutions (building envelope, energy, sustainability)
- Existing heavy hitter book of business
- Ability to speak to technical solutions
