You'll own infrastructure reliability for an AI email assistant that grew from $0 to $30M ARR in under 18 months. Your core impact is keeping the platform stable through rapid scaling, planning migrations, and being the last line of defense when things break.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute infrastructure migrations with zero downtime.
• Be the last line of defense during production incidents.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify reliability improvements.
• Build and maintain scripts, workflows, and cloud architecture.

📋 Requirements

• Expert-level TypeScript skills (diagnose and fix production incidents fast).
• Serious cloud experience with Google Cloud or equivalent at depth.
• Deep database knowledge including design and optimization.
• Proven production ownership and incident response experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with billing systems like Stripe.
• Knowledge of webhook architectures and rate limiting.
• Fullstack capability for feature development.
