Requirements

• Proven experience managing engineering teams with enterprise clients
• Strong cross-cultural communication and alignment skills
• High discipline and accountability in reporting and performance monitoring
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Fluent English, written and spoken

• Manage team performance, motivation, and engagement
• Plan and track delivery, manage priorities and deadlines
• Communicate with client, manage expectations and escalations
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Support onboarding and ensure team follows Agile processes
