You'll build the commercial engine for Tinker, a fine-tuning API that empowers developers to customize frontier AI. You'll craft strategies, processes, and playbooks to turn organic adoption into a scalable revenue engine, working closely with product and engineering. This role stands out for its impact on a rapidly growing platform within a top-tier AI lab.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute commercialization strategies like pricing and launch sequencing
• Develop go-to-market motions across customer profiles
• Manage partnerships to expand distribution and unlock demand channels
• Design customer pilots, onboarding flows, and expansion playbooks

📋 Requirements

• Track record of executing GTM strategy or product commercialization at a tech company
• Experience selling a highly technical product to technical buyers
• Proven ability to build commercial scaffolding around product-market fit
• Proficiency with analytics including financial models and metrics frameworks

• Experience at a developer infrastructure, API, or ML platform company
• Technical fluency to engage with ML engineers on fine-tuning workflows
• Experience with new product introductions or 0-to-1 commercial programs
