💼 About This Role

You'll own critical software components for a next-generation reentry vehicle, from concept through deployment. Your impact will encompass the full lifecycle of flight software, including commanding, telemetry, and control algorithms on custom hardware. This role is instrumental in turning space into a transportation layer for Earth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own critical software components for a new vehicle from concept through deployment
• Write and test spacecraft software including drivers, networking, and fault management
• Create and execute HITL, HOOTL, and unit tests
• Assist in growing the software organization through interviews and mentoring

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with a Bachelor's or equivalent
• Experience in a systems language like Rust, C++, or C
• Experience in a Linux development environment
• Experience with CI/CD and software development tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with safety critical or fault tolerant systems
• Hands-on experience developing or testing spacecraft flight hardware
• Experience with GNC sensors (IMUs, GPS, Star Trackers)
