Description

As a Key Holder at Club Monaco, you will support store operations and management by ensuring excellent customer experiences, driving sales, and assisting with merchandising and inventory tasks. You'll supervise the sales floor in the absence of a manager and help train new associates.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work varied shifts including standing and lifting up to 20 lbs

• Protect customer experience and achieve clienteling goals
• Maximize personal sales and assist with conflict resolution
• Support training of new associates on service and product knowledge
• Supervise sales floor and perform opening/closing procedures
• Participate in inventory preparations and merchandising activities
