You'll join our in-house talent team to lead top-of-funnel hiring for Functional Consultant and Project Manager roles at BLP Digital, an ERP automation scaleup. You'll build high-calibre pipelines and partner with hiring managers across DACH and the UK.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build high-calibre talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs
• Qualify and screen candidates at the top of the funnel
• Master modern sourcing and ATS tooling (Ashby, Juicebox)
• Develop creative sourcing techniques and compelling outreach

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in outbound talent sourcing
• Data-driven approach using metrics to improve effectiveness
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for creating outstanding candidate experiences

✨ Nice to Have

• German language skills
• Experience hiring for Functional Consultant or Implementation roles
• Familiarity with ERP or enterprise SaaS landscape
