💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer that donates meals to Feeding America. You'll provide an amazing customer experience, help train new recruits, and assist with daily operations and sales targets. This role is perfect for a fan of pop culture who wants to make a difference in the community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50 pounds

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with pop culture and fandom
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Knowledge of retail KPIs like UPT and ADT
