Description

As a Field Quality Engineer, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and safety of deployed Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) assets. You'll investigate field issues, drive corrective actions, and collaborate with operations and service teams to improve fleet reliability.

Requirements

• Experience in field quality engineering or related role
• Proficiency in root cause analysis methodologies
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of battery energy storage systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for field quality issues on BESS assets
• Lead structured investigations into recurring failures and field incidents
• Perform root cause analyses using 5 Whys, Fishbone, fault tree analysis
• Define, track, and verify corrective and preventive actions
• Support development and tracking of quality KPIs
