You'll define product strategy for the fastest growing fleet operator enabling mass AV adoption. Your work will directly impact rideshare partnerships, driver acquisition, and platform growth loops. This is a zero-to-one hire with founder-adjacent influence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own PRDs end-to-end from problem definition to post-launch measurement
• Run sprint planning and manage product backlog prioritizing growth impact
• Build and deepen product relationships with rideshare partners
• Design and own driver acquisition, onboarding, and retention loops

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or growth product
• Experience at a hypergrowth company in mobility, logistics, or marketplace
• Strong technical fluency reading code and writing SQL
• Experience shipping B2B or platform product alongside consumer-facing surfaces

• Background at Uber, Lyft, Via, Waymo, Cruise
• Experience as a 'first product hire' at an early-stage company
