🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as final escalation point for complex application incidents.
• Perform deep troubleshooting across Java/.NET, database, and integration layers.
• Develop scripts to analyze logs, events, and performance data.
• Lead major incident bridges to restore service with minimal business impact.
• Mentor L1/L2 support teams and collaborate with engineering.

📋 Requirements

• 6–7+ years of experience in application support or related role.
• Advanced expertise in enterprise application troubleshooting.
• Strong scripting (Shell/Python/PowerShell) and SQL skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Java and/or .NET application architectures.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with observability tools: Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus.
• Knowledge of SRE principles and reliability engineering.
• Autosys or equivalent job scheduler experience.
