📋 Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating design craft and systems thinking.
• Expertise in typography, composition, hierarchy, and grid systems.
• Proven success in collaborative, multi-functional teams.
• Experience with industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).

• Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Motion design, photography, illustration, or 3D skills.
• Experience with generative/AI workflows or creative coding.
