You'll drive enterprise sales for CodeRabbit's AI-powered code review platform, building the sales motion from scratch. You'll own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing, working alongside founders. This role offers direct revenue responsibility and the chance to shape a fast-growing startup's GTM strategy.

  • Proactively build a book of business through outbound sales efforts
  • Manage entire sales cycle from contact to close
  • Focus on identifying target ICP customer accounts
  • Improve and mature enterprise sales processes and playbook

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing and quota-carrying sales experience
  • Consistently exceeded monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Technical competency to understand software and build relationships with technical prospects
  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or SPICED

  • Familiarity with AI, developer, and open source technologies
