You'll bridge client business needs and technical solutions, gathering and documenting requirements for Salesforce implementations. You'll drive business process analysis and create user stories in a fast-paced consulting environment. This role offers hands-on experience with leading Salesforce technologies and Agile methodologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct As-Is and To-Be business process analysis
• Facilitate discovery sessions and document requirements
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Support SIT and UAT testing phases

📋 Requirements

• Salesforce Certified Administrator credential
• 4+ years as a Business Analyst on Salesforce platform
• Proficiency in declarative configuration (Flows, etc.)
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Marketing Cloud or MuleSoft
• Familiarity with BPMN process notation
