💼 About This Role

You'll act as a key legal advisor on complex real estate transactions enabling data center growth. You will structure, negotiate, and execute deals including acquisitions, leases, and joint ventures. Your work directly enables large-scale infrastructure development across global markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead structuring and execution of complex data center real estate transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and development agreements
• Manage due diligence processes including title, survey, and environmental analysis
• Coordinate internal teams and external counsel to ensure seamless deal execution

📋 Requirements

• JD degree and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 8–12+ years of experience in commercial real estate law
• Strong experience structuring and negotiating complex high-value real estate deals
• Deep understanding of transaction mechanics and contract design
