Description

You will manage release processes, lead incident response, and maintain monitoring and alerting systems for a fast-growing application security startup. This is a 9-month contract covering maternity leave, where you'll drive production excellence and collaborate across teams to ensure reliable software delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in release management, CI/CD, and monitoring tooling
• Hands-on experience with GCP and AWS
• Experience with GitOps deployment tools and CI systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Strong Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) experience
• Experience with Grafana dashboards and GCP monitoring alerts

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manual releases, hotfixes, and maintain release calendar
• Lead daily production sync meetings and act as cross-team release/incident liaison
• Own incident.io platform, run incident lifecycle, and drive post-mortems
• Manage Grafana dashboards and alerting; triage alerts from Grafana and GCP
• Participate in on-call rotations and drive post-incident improvements
