💼 About This Role

You'll guide the launch and integration of community paramedicine teams within Kentucky's crisis care continuum, coordinating with EMS agencies and state partners. Your work will directly strengthen the Rapid Response to Recovery program and improve behavioral health crisis response in rural communities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide selection and readiness assessment of KY EMS agencies for community paramedicine.
• Oversee planning and launch of EMS-led behavioral health crisis response services.
• Develop dispatch and referral workflows with 911 and 988 systems.
• Coordinate behavioral health-focused training for community paramedics.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience coordinating emergency medical services or public health programs.
• Knowledge of ambulance services, 911 dispatch, and emergency medical protocols.
• Ability to manage technology deployment and troubleshoot issues.
