You'll lead the translation of global outcomes research and evidence strategies into regional plans across Mid-Europe. You will design health economics and outcomes research initiatives that directly influence patient access and reimbursement. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate global evidence strategies into regional execution plans
• Develop integrated evidence strategies for market access and reimbursement
• Assess HTA landscapes to identify evidence gaps and opportunities
• Design health economics and real-world evidence studies
• Collaborate with country affiliates on HTA submissions and dossiers

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree in health economics, epidemiology, or related field; PhD preferred
• 5+ years in outcomes research, health economics, HTA, or market access
• Strong understanding of European HTA and reimbursement systems
• Proven experience designing and executing clinical or health economic studies
• Demonstrated track record of scientific publications and conference presentations
