Description

You will work closely with a global fintech client to provide legal support on licensing applications for payment and crypto businesses, navigate regional regulatory frameworks, and advise on regulatory strategy. Your role involves liaising with internal stakeholders on new product launches and keeping abreast of developments in cryptocurrency and financial services regulation.

Requirements

• 5–10 years PQE with min 2 years in cryptocurrency or payment regulatory licensing
• Open to both law firm and in-house experience
• Fluent in English
• Chinese language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on licensing applications for payment/crypto business
