Responsibilities

• Own finance systems stack (Salesforce, Maxio, QuickBooks) and keep them configured and optimized
• Ensure clean data flows between systems and fix discrepancies
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and audit prep
• Build automated dashboards, executive packages, and weekly metrics
• Lead projects like ERP implementation and acquisition onboarding
