Requirements

• 5+ years experience leading engineering teams in complex, distributed environments
• Strong hands-on background in Java or C# (.NET)
• Proven experience in performance engineering including load, stress, and scalability testing
• Hands-on experience with JMeter, BlazeMeter, Gatling or similar
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and system bottlenecks

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on performance, scalability, and reliability
• Define and drive a performance engineering strategy across multiple product teams
• Manage a center of excellence for performance testing standards and governance
• Lead evolution of performance testing frameworks and tooling (JMeter, BlazeMeter, Gatling)
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines for early detection of production issues
