💼 About This Role

You'll operate at the intersection of GTM strategy, operations, and product to scale the field-sales motion at a hyper-growth health tech startup. You'll own projects end-to-end, from ideation through execution, working closely with the founder and business leaders. This role offers high trust and autonomy in a talent-dense, early-stage environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own commission and quota plans
• Manage territory management and hiring
• Build CRM infrastructure and data enrichment
• Define new processes and technologies

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of GTM strategy and ops experience
• Experience in a field-sales motion at a startup
• Authorized to work in the United States
