You'll lead vehicle engineering teams including mechanical, thermal, and propulsion for next-generation spacecraft. Your core impact will be overseeing program execution, managing cost, risk, and schedule while scaling the engineering team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor managers across mechanical, thermal, and propulsion teams.
• Scale the engineering team through recruiting and development.
• Develop and execute a long-term technical roadmap.
• Navigate complex technical trades and direct product development.
• Oversee program execution, managing cost, risk, and schedule.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of technical experience.
• 5+ years as a manager.
• 3+ years as a manager of managers.
• Experience working on at least one integrated vehicle.
• Proven track record driving a fast-moving new product development program.
