You'll operate at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and customer success, working directly with strategic enterprise clients to accelerate adoption of complex DevSecOps and AI-enabled platforms. You'll translate real-world customer challenges into scalable technical solutions, helping organizations deploy and operate software systems in highly regulated and constrained environments. This role combines deep hands-on engineering with customer-facing problem solving.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct deep technical discovery with strategic enterprise customers
• Design and lead solution architecture for complex deployments across CI/CD, security, compliance, and AI workflows
• Build and deliver proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and reusable technical accelerators
• Architect self-managed and enterprise-grade deployments including runners, observability, access controls, and governance frameworks

📋 Requirements

• Software engineering experience in customer-facing roles
• Strong systems design and architecture expertise including APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines, and security models
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, YAML pipelines, runners, and GitLab APIs
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or Go
• Exposure to AI/LLM systems, agentic workflows, and orchestration patterns in production environments
• Ability to create reusable technical documentation and assets that scale beyond a single engagement
