You'll support donor engagement, financial processing, and data operations at the heart of fundraising. You'll process donations and manage CRM data in Salesforce, serving as a key connector between donors and internal teams. You'll ensure contributions are accurately processed and meaningfully acknowledged.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to donor inquiries via phone and email.
• Manage donor acknowledgments, tribute communications, and pledge reminders.
• Process and track incoming donations across multiple channels.
• Reconcile contributions with finance teams and maintain Salesforce records.
• Run reports, conduct data audits, and support campaign list management.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of professional experience or relevant internships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
