You'll provide end-user hardware and software support for Windows, Linux, and macOS systems. You'll manage user accounts, handle helpdesk tickets, and support regulated computing environments requiring security clearance. You'll also advise on future hardware and software needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide support for end-user hardware and software across Windows, Linux, and macOS
• Install, configure, and update software per policies and security requirements
• Manage user accounts including creation, modification, and deactivation
• Handle support requests submitted via the helpdesk system

📋 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor's or associate's degree in IT with 2-3 years relevant experience
• Experience with MS Windows and Linux
• Security+ certification or willingness to obtain
