You'll drive pipeline generation and close complex sales cycles targeting enterprise accounts with 1000+ employees in the DACH region. Your core impact will be achieving consistent quota attainment through solution-based selling and building strong channel partner relationships. You'll join a pioneering AI-driven CX company recognized as a leader in CCaaS.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Generate pipeline via SDR, partners, marketing, and self-generation
- Manage complete sales-cycles from prospecting to close
- Present value propositions to C-level executives
- Collaborate with internal teams to upsell existing customers
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience selling software to large corporate and enterprise accounts
- Consistent success closing 5-7 figure multi-year contracts
- Experience selling to C-suite and senior management
- Strong negotiation and contract development experience

- Experience with CCaaS or contact center solutions
- Fluent in German and English
- Established network in DACH region enterprise accounts
