You'll lead end-to-end design for ShareGate Migrate within a product trio, shaping high-impact migration experiences for IT administrators. You'll tackle complexity across strategy and execution, from defining problem spaces to refining interactions. This role offers the opportunity to explore AI-driven enhancements for migration and governance workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design within your product team.
• Turn ambiguous workflows into intuitive experiences for IT professionals.
• Design flows and interactions for Microsoft 365 migration scenarios.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to align on strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years designing B2B SaaS products within cross-functional teams.
• Navigate ambiguous, technically complex problem spaces.
• Balance speed, technical constraints, and high-quality execution.
• Clear communicator with strong storytelling skills.
