💼 About This Role

You'll act as a core product thinker within the membership pod, analyzing user journeys to drive retention and LTV. You'll own the technical architecture of our experimentation framework and build data models that directly influence the product roadmap. This role offers high autonomy and impact in a collaborative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze user journeys to identify friction points and recommend product changes
• Define key metrics and influence product roadmap with product, design, and engineering
• Conduct opportunity sizing and design A/B tests
• Build and maintain dbt transformation layer and semantic models for membership KPIs

📋 Requirements

• 7 years experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Science
• SQL and scripting in Python or R for automation and data manipulation
• Ability to synthesize ambiguous problems into hypothesis-driven data investigations
• Experience translating user behavior data into specific product improvements
