You will lead the People Analytics and Employee Experience function, partnering with leadership to translate data into actionable insights and design engaging employee journeys that strengthen culture and retention.

  • Ensure data integrity across HR systems and improve reporting automation
  • Present insights through clear dashboards, reports, and storytelling
  • Balance analytical rigor with human-centered thinking
  • Experience in people analytics and employee experience

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the People Analytics roadmap aligned to business priorities
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards for attrition, engagement, hiring, diversity, performance, and workforce planning
  • Analyze employee lifecycle data to identify trends and opportunities for retention and engagement
  • Drive predictive analytics initiatives to anticipate talent gaps and organizational needs
  • Design seamless employee journey experiences that strengthen culture and organizational effectiveness
