You'll manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate functions like IT, Finance, and Legal at a high-growth travel tech company. You'll act as a strategic talent advisor to executives and hiring managers, shaping roles and processes. This role offers the chance to build recruitment infrastructure from scratch in a dynamic environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for complex G&A functions
- Consult with executives and hiring managers on role design
- Source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and GEM
- Track pipeline health with Greenhouse and recruiting metrics
๐ Requirements
- 6-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A
- Proficiency with Greenhouse and GEM
- Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for IT/BT, Finance, Legal, or Audit roles
- Knowledge of employer branding and process improvement
