You'll join the Oil & Gas team at Paytm to manage programs for clients and accelerate sales and distribution growth. You'll lead a team to drive core growth metrics, focusing on offline transactions and user acquisition. This role offers the chance to impact India's largest merchant acquirer.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of distribution sales experience in fintech or banking.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Strong understanding of local language.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
