Description
You will lead a team sourcing and qualifying new partnerships across brokers, accountants, and business services segments. You'll refine outbound processes, coach team members, and collaborate with Partnerships leadership to drive quality pipeline creation.
Requirements
- Experience in sales development, outbound prospecting, and early-stage partnership sourcing
- Strong operational discipline and partnership mindset
- Hands-on experience as an SDR/SDO or Partner Manager
- Ability to coach and manage a team
- Proficiency with Salesforce and related systems
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Acquisition Specialists
- Own KPIs for outbound activity, partner quality, conversion rates, and pipeline creation
- Implement repeatable outbound workflows including prospecting, outreach, qualification, and handoff
- Align sourcing priorities and market segmentation with Partnerships leadership
- Ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities with clear documentation
