Description

You will drive technical discovery, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and develop comprehensive solutions that meet client needs. You'll collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive delivery, all while staying ahead of industry trends in the post-purchase innovation space.

Requirements

• 5+ years in solution engineering, pre-sales, or similar technical roles
• In-depth knowledge of SaaS, platform migrations, API frameworks, and web technologies
• Proficiency in iPaaS, e-commerce (Salesforce, Shopify), Customer Service (Salesforce, Zendesk), OMS, PIM, Jira, ERP, CRM, WMS
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong background in retail, e-commerce, logistics, or CX sectors

Responsibilities

• Drive technical discovery and deliver tailored product demonstrations
• Develop comprehensive solutions meeting business and technical needs
• Create and maintain customer artifacts (architecture docs, workflow diagrams, integration plans)
• Answer RFI/RFP responses, security questionnaires, and construct SOWs
• Guide customer conversations on data governance and product value
