💼 About This Role

You'll own the product strategy for Gearset's Core group, turning multiple capabilities into a seamless user experience. You'll shape how AI unlocks new workflows while managing a talented product team. This role reports directly to the VP Product and offers a chance to define the group's identity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute product strategy for the Core group.
• Own commercial success and drive adoption with cross-functional teams.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of product managers.
• Diagnose problem spaces and articulate a cohesive product vision.

📋 Requirements

• Group Product Manager or equivalent for 2+ years.
• Deep strategy diagnosis and trade-off skills.
• Track record partnering with sales and customer success.
• Experience managing teams of 2-4 product managers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Background in sales, customer success, or product marketing.
• Experience scaling a product function or forming a new group.
