Description

You'll provide technical support for Mac and Windows users, manage escalated tickets, troubleshoot networking issues, and maintain cloud infrastructure and endpoints. You'll work onsite in Mountain View to ensure the team has the technology and support they need to build AI data center infrastructure.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on IT support experience in fast-paced environments
• Experience deploying and configuring new tools for large user bases
• Strong troubleshooting across Mac and Windows
• Experience with Google Workspace, Office 365, and Slack administration
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with identity management systems like Okta
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Strong organizational skills and ownership mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Mac and Windows users
• Manage and resolve escalated tickets through help desk system
• Troubleshoot networking issues including DHCP, DNS, VLANs
• Administer cloud platforms like Google Workspace, Office 365, Azure, Slack, Okta
• Manage procurement, setup, and deployment of laptops and workstations
• Maintain and troubleshoot conference rooms and AV equipment
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Track IT assets and maintain inventory system
• Create and maintain documentation for support processes
• Train users on security best practices and new technology
