You'll partner with customers during their first ~9 months of using Celigo, acting as a strategic advisor to guide them through integration adoption. This role ensures customers achieve measurable business value and clear stakeholder communication throughout their onboarding journey.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead onboarding engagements over a structured ~9-month journey
  • Build and manage onboarding plans aligned with customer goals and timelines
  • Partner with customers to design and build integrations, providing best practice guidance
  • Track progress against success plans and proactively identify risks or delays

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage customer-facing programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical progress in business value terms
  • Experience engaging with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
  • Experience in onboarding, customer success, or solutions consulting in a SaaS role

  • Familiarity with APIs, integration patterns, or automation platforms
  • Exposure to AI-driven use cases or intelligent automation
  • Experience with EDI or B2B integrations
