๐ผ About This Role
You'll partner with customers during their first ~9 months of using Celigo, acting as a strategic advisor to guide them through integration adoption. This role ensures customers achieve measurable business value and clear stakeholder communication throughout their onboarding journey.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead onboarding engagements over a structured ~9-month journey
- Build and manage onboarding plans aligned with customer goals and timelines
- Partner with customers to design and build integrations, providing best practice guidance
- Track progress against success plans and proactively identify risks or delays
๐ Requirements
- Proven ability to manage customer-facing programs with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical progress in business value terms
- Experience engaging with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Experience in onboarding, customer success, or solutions consulting in a SaaS role

- Familiarity with APIs, integration patterns, or automation platforms
- Exposure to AI-driven use cases or intelligent automation
- Experience with EDI or B2B integrations
