💼 About This Role

You'll ensure compliance with MiFID II across all investment products at Satispay, a fast-growing fintech. You'll manage risk, advise on regulations, and support licensing. This role offers relocation to Luxembourg and ownership of compliance frameworks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and maintain the Compliance Monitoring Programme
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks for investment products
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise management and product teams
• Contribute to regulatory strategy and license extension processes

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years compliance experience in a regulated financial institution
• Hands-on exposure to MiFID II
• Knowledge of European regulations including MiFID II and ideally MiCA
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
