Description
You will own all commercial contracting at SpecterOps, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Security, and Procurement teams to negotiate and draft agreements while improving the contracts function. This role offers the chance to shape legal operations and mentor team members in a remote-first environment.
Requirements
- J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 5+ years commercial contracts experience in cybersecurity or technology
- Experience negotiating SaaS/software agreements
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Business acumen and ability to partner cross-functionally
Responsibilities
- Lead negotiation and drafting of customer MSAs, SOWs, order forms, renewals, amendments, DPAs, and vendor agreements
- Improve the contracts playbook by identifying gaps and clarifying fallback positions
- Enhance contracts function through better people, process, and technology alignment
- Partner with Sales, Security, Finance, and Procurement to balance risk with deal velocity
- Provide guidance and leadership to contracts/legal staff
